Planning a wedding is a significant investment, and we’re here to ensure everything goes off without a hitch! With our Day of/Month of Coordination package, you can focus solely on the joy of walking down the aisle as we handle all the details. We’ll meticulously review your vendor contracts, venue regulations, seating charts, and timeline, confirming every service to guarantee a seamless day. Enjoy on-site management, with us organizing escort cards, place cards, placing menu cards, and overseeing the smooth transition from ceremony to reception. We kick things off before your big day, by providing you with one hour of rehearsal, eight hours of dedicated wedding day support, and two fabulous wedding planners ready to make your dreams come true! Services begin four weeks prior to your wedding.

We kick things off with a comprehensive monthly checklist, ensuring every detail is covered. Enjoy personalized budget analysis and consultation, along with expert reviews of all vendor contracts.
We’ll handle everything from researching and scheduling venue visits to recommending the perfect wedding vendors that fit your style and budget. Plus, we’ll create your stunning Wedding Website and manage RSVPs, seating plans, and vendor payments seamlessly.
Our dedicated team will assist with crafting beautiful wording for your save the date cards, invitations, programs, and menus while collaborating closely with your DJ/MC to perfect your wedding party introductions, timeline, and music timing. We’ll coordinate your reception, manage rental deliveries, and ensure a smooth processional and grand entrance. Rest easy knowing we’ll pack and deliver all your wedding items and gifts and distribute gratuities on your special day. With our meticulous planning, you can focus on what truly matters—celebrating love!

Proposal/Engagement

Rosario Special Events is your go-to Wedding Planner for creating an unforgettable wedding proposal. With a minimum notice of 14 days, we will discuss your budget, engagement ring, preferred date and time in DC, Virginia, or Maryland for your proposal. Our services include coordinating with photographers, arranging transportation, selecting beautiful flowers, champagne, and making reservations at top-notch restaurants or hotels. Your ceremony will powerfully reflect your love through the vows select, which can be customized or crafted by you. You'll have the freedom to choose, memorials, rituals, and a range of personalizations that truly resonate.
Options include a Simple Ceremony, Military Weddings, Sand Pouring Ceremony, Unity Candle, Handfasting, Jumping the Broom, and Interdenominational/Interfaith Weddings.

We’ll keep everyone informed by researching travel requirements and updates, ensuring your guests and families stay in the loop. And let’s not forget about the fun! We’ll book additional wedding events like a welcoming party, rehearsal dinner, brunch, and one thrilling group beach or tourist excursion. Please note that all travel costs are additional.
